NIM feature request

What "netidmgr" is giving me is a balloon message coming from the tray icon,
saying 'Failed to renew credentials ...'

On second thought, the second instance of netidmgr.exe should execute the
"default action" that would be performed if the user left-clicked the tray
icon.  This would be either show/hide the credential window or display the
obtain creds dialog depending on what is configured.
