NIM question - why doesn't ACTION_LAYOUT_RELOAD work all the time?

That doesn't address MIT's needs or timetable. We have delayed the
deployment of KfW 3.2 due to the usability issues now captured in RT. If I
can fix them in the next week, I am going to do that and try to deploy KfW
in time for students who start arriving in three weeks. I go on vacation
Aug 17 and want results by the end of next week.

OK, reloading layout from the registry is not the best way to fix 5604. But
it works now. I am looking for ways to fix the usability problems with
minimal change. A quick change now and a more elegant change later are more
acceptable than no product now and an elegant solution in the fullness of
time.

So why does a reload do something for the reload button but not for the
destroy credentials case?

Kevin

Kevin:

Your description in the RT ticket is more complete than your description
in the e-mail message. However, I can't replicate the problem trivially
and I don't have time to help you right now.

Reloading the layout is not the correct fix. When I or Asanka have time
to delve into the issue we will look at it.
