Kevin, the set of things you include the bkw config.xml is very
different from what I would have included.
I would hard code a *lot* more in your script and make the config file much shorter.

Post 3.2, please do the following:

* Explain a rule for what belongs in the config file.

Once we get agreement on that rule, evaluate each item in the config
file and see if it belongs there.
