Strange problem with ticket renewal

I didn't get this renewable tickets to work neither after 10 days.
Ticket renewal time is same as start time, so I cannot do "kinit -R".

I also noticed that some programs like rlogin and telnet are not
reading krb5.conf and their program sections.

Am I doing something stupid or something what is described in FAQ or
this is some strange bug?

Can enyone here help me with this?
