Director with an appointment as Lecturer or Senior Lecturer. This is a full-time, non-tenure accruing position with administrative, teaching, and advising responsibilities and no research expectations. Appointment rank will depend on teaching experience; Lecturer

and faculty research, and engages with scholars, community organizations, and leaders in the Baltimore region and beyond. As the Latinx population of the university and the city grows, LACLxS will ensure that Johns Hopkins remains a key site for studying the
most pressing issues in the Americas, approaching the study of Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Latinx diaspora from both hemispheric and global perspective. The Program Director will have a central role in shaping the profile of LACLxS on campus and
