<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" class="">(Employment contracts may be renewed every year, and the total period of employment shall not exceed five (5) years. The period of employment for an individual who turns sixty (60) in a given academic year
shall expire on the final day of such academic year.)</span></p>
