on procedures that will apply to international students for the Fall 2020 semester in response to COVID-19 (find out more on the

students to our scientific and personal communities. We view the ruling as patently unfair and as sending a dangerous message of exclusion to existing and prospective international scholars. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
