Freada will describe how these biases have changed as a result of research and policy over the years, focusing on the most recent research on implicit biases.</p><p><i><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freada_Kapor_Klein" target="blank">Freada Kapor Klein</a> is an expert on workplace diversity issues and the founder of the <a href="http://www.lpfi.org/" target="blank">Level Playing Field Institute</a>. She has served as an expert witness in many workplace discrimination cases.
