We hope you had a restful weekend and are ready to take on the week ahead 💪🏼!

We have been working on putting together the first installment of the Women Leadership Workshop Series and are happy to share the first workshop ‘Overcoming Perfectionism and Rumination’ with you.

Women leaders want to be perfect due to social expectations, and oftentimes, ruminate to protect themselves from failures. Although these habits have gotten us this far, they will hold us back as we rise through the ranks!
Join MIT Senior leadership lecturer Daena Giardela for a night of reflection, discussion, and fun to learn how we can overcome these habits and unleash our full potential!
Based on Sally Helgeson's book - 'How Women Rise', this leadership workshop series will uncover the 12 habits that hold women leaders back and will provide you with practical tools to take your career to the next level and become the leader you desire to be!
