*Leaders for the Executive Board
*Co-Chairs (3 positions):
- Internal collaborations - maintain relations with MIT offices for
financial and other collaborations
- External relations - maintain corporate and other relations
- General co-chair - oversee smooth operations across GWAMIT activities

*Leaders for the Mentoring Program*
- Co-Chair (1 Spring, 1 Fall) - hold Planning Committee Meetings, oversee
matching, events, attend Exec Mtgs
- Planning Committee Members - develop matching surveys, plan
kick-off/end-off dinners

*Leaders for the Fall '11 Leadership Conference*
- Co-Chair (1 position) of Planning Committee - oversee events, hold
Planning Committee Meetings, attend Exec Mtgs
-Committee members - help with logistics, advertizing, event content, or
coordinating speakers

What:  “10 Things Every Young Parent Should Know: Protecting and Planning
for your Children."
Join Mark Porter '05, CFP, to learn the essentials to protect and plan for

When:  Tuesday, January 25 6:30-9pm

Association of MIT Alumnae for an informal night of networking.  Free pizza.

*4. Boston Latin Academy Science Fair Judging Volunteers (1/25/11, 1/26/11)
*When: January 25th or 26th between 7:30 AM -- 1:40 PM
What: Boston Latin Academy is looking for volunteers for judging its middle
school and high school science fair.  Volunteers are needed to for about an
hour of reviewing science projects and interviewing entrants.
