Today was filled with some exciting events: the Welcome Address and Lunch
were huge successes, people attending the Camera Safari really enjoyed
their trips, and the TechLink banquet was a blast!!<br>

Orientation Party: Dance Fusion III [Ashdown] (THE orientation

<b>First Night Out on the Town:<br>
</b>The Orientation is holding its first Night Out on the Town next
Monday September 6: we will be leading groups to Jillians (pool, bowling
and dancing), and to club Axis for a gay-friendly night. Reduced cover
for Axis on MIT's guest list is $5 (please sign up in advance before
Monday 1pm by sending an email to nite@mit.edu). See you
there!!<br><br>
<b>Tickets and Welcome packets:<br>
</b>You can still purchase tickets and get your free welcome packet and
t-shirt tomorrow 9:30am, in the GSC office (50-220) in Walker
Memorial.<br><br>
