As far as I know, it has not yet been made available (he has not answered my most recent emails). </div><div><br></div><div>Gilbert (cc'd) has been directly affected and is seeking reimbursement. Nearly 2 months ago Dean Lerman gave Gilbert and I a verbal commitment that he would initiate the policy within a few week. Since then he has not been answering my emails. </div><div><br></div><div>I am writing to ask if you could follow up with the Dean during your next mtg.
