This is a great way to get to know a </div><div>senior member of the MIT administration.</div><div><br></div><div>Dinners with the Dean is a series of up to four dinners each year </div><div>with Dean for Graduate Education Steve Lerman. Coordinators of the </div><div>series will work with members of the Office of the Dean for Graduate</div><div>Education, including the dean himself, to plan each dinner.</div><div><br></div><div>The series is meant to be a forum for graduate students to express </div><div>their concerns directly to the dean. GRTs are compensated with a free room </div><div>for twelve months per year and a stipend of $1460 for the 2009-2010 </div><div>academic year.
