objective function: use of info not in genome, and dependence on other genomes

Thank you for the hint.   If I understand correctly, though, userData is data
that is common to all genomes, but I need data that will be different among
different genotypes.  Harvey Peter suggested using evalData (though he
mentioned problems using GAdeme).
