Just wanted to share an important message about the event registration
website Acteva.com: <b>do NOT use them. <br>

Although Acteva was on MIT's list of preferred vendors until recently,
they are now on the Office of the General Counsel's radar for poor and
quite possibly fraudulent/criminal business practices. The OGC is
currently reviewing claims and considering next steps. <br>
<br>
In the meantime, I wanted to spread the word to this list because I know
many of you are involved in event management here at MIT. Seemed
important to get this message out to you all asap. <br>

**If anyone is working with Acteva and experiencing nonpayment issues,
you are encouraged to contact Brad Abruzzi in the OGC. <br>
