Over the next two months the Office of the Vice President for Finance will be conducting a campaign to encourage faculty, staff and student employees to opt for electronic-only delivery of their W-2 tax forms.<br>

We would like to place large posters promoting this at various points around campus. We envision 24” x 36” posters on tripods.<br>

Would anyone know whether a central MIT group would approve a request to do this? Or would I need to seek permission from individual departments/schools?<br>
