<div>I hope the group won't mind my sending a 'save-the-date' email
for a high-profile event at Kresge Auditorium the morning of Saturday,
May 14. The BBC and WBUR will tape broadcasts on the important
topic of forced labor. So: fun and serious and the same time.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>If you know of groups or individuals who might be interested, my
colleagues and I at the Center for International Studies would
appreciate your forwarding the announcement to them. Naturally, we
welcome coverage by one and all, as well.</div>
<div><br></div>
<div>Many thanks.</div>

Though many of us would like to think of slavery as a practice of the

victims of forced labor, enforced prostitution and human trafficking.
Despite the seriousness of this problem, it is the focus of
insufficient public policy and media attention.<br>
