<div dir="ltr">Hi Dimitris,<div><br></div><div>Thank you for replying and sorry for my late one. I was not registered on this mailing list and only realized you'd written when I checked the website! Duh.<br><div><br></div><div>I don't unfortunately have an account on pleiades. I do have an account on derecho if that helps. (Incidentally, I imagine there are a lot of MITgcm users on derecho and if ECCO input data could be mirrored on that system - like NCAR does with CESM - it would save a lot of duplicated effort and disk space.)</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div><br></div><div>Samar</div><div><pre style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">Hi Samar, there is a clean version of ECCO-v4r4 without bells and whistles and with updated MITgcm code available here:

One small possible problem is that the files that you need to run this set-up are on pleiades under.
If you do not have access to pleiades, I am not sure if all the files you need are also available on a public server.
Let us know if you have access to the input files.
