updated the tutorials to reflect that choice. The main differences have to do with the file directory tree is organized and with the helper routines used to read and combine the NetCDF files.

extraneous fields, and using more consistent naming). These improvements will be implemented in the ECCO Version 4 Release 4 NetCDF files (due to be out soon!).
