I guess Gael made this runoff from original Fekete et al(2000)
@lat/long grid.

Actually I think this is better, so we can go to any llcXX from
llc90 by beforehand interpolation.

If the original Fekete climatology is exactly along the coastline,
then one will have trouble

by directly feeding model with the lat/long grid as other atmos
states.
