the UT Arlington Library at users' group meetings and other related functions.
Participate in other Library Systems projects pertinent to the skills of the
incumbent and the strategic directions of the Library. Maintain an awareness of
current trends and developments in library automation and information
technologies. Participate in professional associations, workshops, conferences,
and meetings, and contribute to the advancement of the profession and the
status of the UT Arlington Library.</font></span> </span></font></p>

with UNIX/Linux operating systems. Working knowledge of computer networking
technologies, the Internet, web-based services, and current developments in
library applications of information technologies. Analytic and problem-solving
skills and demonstrate an aptitude for technical analysis. Excellent oral and
written communication skills. Ability to work in a team-based environment and
manage multiple tasks concurrently. </font></span></span></font></p>

for database searching. Working knowledge of at least one of the following
