<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">BioMed Central currently has a vacancy for a talented, self-motivated software developer to work in a team developing our hosted repository service built on customised DSpace software. The successful candidate should exhibit a keen willingness to work with others, have the initiative to take responsibility for their own duties when necessary, and have experience with and an understanding of institutional repository systems and issues.</FONT></P>
