<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">I am currently working on</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">implementing</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> Dspace at</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">Nanyang</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"></FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">T</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">echnological University in Singapore.</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">T</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">he pilot test they chose was an older collection of proceedings.</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">I am having a hard time figuring out the best way to tag them</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">.</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> F</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">rom looking around I have noticed that most proceedings are kept together and the</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">i</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">ndividual</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> article is not pulled out from the actual journal. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">We have had these scanned already with the intent to have each article a</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">separate</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"></FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">entity, so we will be using the citation DC tag along with the title tag.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">What I am confused on is: </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">T</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">he</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">citation tag</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> -</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">should</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">this</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">be the actual article or the journal</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> and should I format it in a particular way</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">–</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> page</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">numbers etc</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">Should I just put all the articles together to form one journal</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">?</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">Are</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> there some</FONT> <FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS">standards</FONT><FONT FACE="Trebuchet MS"> on this in cataloging rules somewhere?</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN></P>
