Not in DSpace, to my knowledge. FGDC and geomatics metadata generally
doesn't fit well within the Dublin Core element set. This would require a
extensions to the DSpace default metadata support.<br><br>

See if you can find out why they want this particular metadata schema...
are their functionalities they want that depend on this metadata? If
they're expecting georeferencing of items in DSpace (e.g. datasets) and
the ability to search on spatial coordinates or view items on a map or
something, then that will be a lot of work to implement... but it's an
interesting requirement. <br><br>
At MIT we are hoping to tackle geospatial metadata as part of the SIMILE
project, but that's a year or more away... so we won't be much help for
you right now!<br><br>
