We are planning to implement Dspace in our International Library Centers<BR>
of Excellence. We are planning to develop templates for content to <BR>
use the archives in creative educational media to be delivered to our rural<BR>
communites (India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Thailand). I am thinking a <BR>
"Cross-Talk" program is needed for the two Library OSS. Any suggestions?<BR>
