[Dspace-general] Defining a collection

Dear Scott,

  I don't know if it is helpful, but here is the URL for the policies 
for the University of California eScholarship repository.  It's not 
DSpace, but it _is_ for use by campuses.

  You might also take a look at some of the other DSpace instances; 
Cornell and U. of Maryland come to mind, as well as the U. of Oregon 
Scholar's Bank.  I've seen some policy documents which might be useful.
