REX/CPW Chairs</b></span></font><font size="1"><span style="font-size: 12.78px;"><br>
The DormCon CPW/REX chairs oversee of all the dormitories' events during two of the best times of the year. They work closely with Admissions in creating the CPW booklet and communicate with dorm CPW chairs to ensure a great CPW. They are also responsible for
coordinating REX (Residential Exploration) and publishing the REX booklet by coordinating with all of the dorms. This is a great opportunity to have a say in the way that MIT welcomes its freshmen and to help create the excitement that brought us all here!</span></font></font></div>

i3/RAC Chairs</b></span></font></font></div>
<div><font face="Segoe UI,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif" size="3"><font size="1"><span style="font-size: 12.78px;">The DormCon i3/RAC chair has two main jobs - in the spring, they are the student point person for making the i3 project happen and throughout the
year they serve as the DormCon liaison to the dorm rooming assignment chairs! On the i3 side, the i3 (Interactive Introduction to the Institute) serves to introduce the incoming freshmen to the various wonderful dorms and dorm cultures at MIT. The i3/RAC Chair
helps coordinate the process of creating and distributing the i3s by coordinating between administrators and the dorm i3 chairs. They also meet with dorm rooming assignment chairs and help to ensure good communication and knowledge sharing among the dorm RACs.

The DormCon Treasurer keeps track of all things monetary. They are responsible for creating a budget for the semester and updating it throughout the term. Additionally, they are in charge of bringing all funding proposals that need approval to Presidents' meetings
so that large events throughout the school year can receive DormCon funds.</span></font></font></div>
