the multiplying of rating stars, and possibly other errors, is caused<br>
by javascript recalling methods when the review block is maximized<br>

script is called each time the html is rendered rather than built.<br>

i've removed the power to minimize and maximize blocks in order to fix<br>
the multi-star rating bug (and possibly others). the min/max feature<br>

it'd be top form to figure out a good javascript design or best<br>
practice for the system to prevent inexperienced users from making<br>
mistakes, as well as to increase consistency and thus learnability of<br>
the code. i certainly fall into the newbie mistake category, having<br>
introduced a number of bugs in the past--eit. code and learn.<br>

system design benefits from multiperson brainstorming--the more the<br>
better. let's figure this out at the next dev-flock meeting! there's<br>
