Hey, guys.&nbsp; <br><br>We have several new folks on our team now.&nbsp; Really good energy, lots of drive.&nbsp; I&#39;m excited for everyone to meet each other.&nbsp; <br><br>In order to expand gracefully, we&#39;ve come up with a more inclusive work flow.&nbsp; We should go over details in person.&nbsp; But here are some of the features:<br>

<br>From the bookmarks page you can go to our shiny new project management system.&nbsp; Why have we invested so much time in setting this up?<br><br>Keeping track of our aspirations and accomplishments helps us:
<ul><li>Understand the context of our own and each other&#39;s work.</li><li>Eliminate redundant or counterproductive tasks.</li><li>Plan our strategic milestones and next steps.</li><li>Demonstrate what we&#39;ve been able to accomplish to funders, press, and other supporters.</li>

</ul>Your user name for the project management system is at the end of this email.&nbsp; Your password is currently odinr0x! (the &quot;0&quot; is a number, not a letter.) <br><br>We&#39;ve also identified a set of Iteration Milestones.&nbsp; We&#39;re naming our 3 month iterations alphabetically after birds.&nbsp; We&#39;re working on &quot;Crow&quot;, our first system redesign, until June 1st.&nbsp; That&#39;s right, we&#39;ve already finished &quot;Auklet&quot; (design) and &quot;Bluejay&quot; (first release).<br>

<br>Lucy has spent a heck of a lot of effort getting this to work.&nbsp; Shaunalynn has set an example for how to create a &quot;sticky&quot; overview on one of our google groups pages.&nbsp; And I&#39;ve started to fill in the details.<br>
