Members,<BR><BR>With the beautiful autumn coming, a lot of new students will
join our<BR>CSSA family soon. In order to help them feel comfortable with the
new<BR>environment as quickly as possible, CSSA will organize volunteers
to<BR>participate in the reception work, of which picking up the new<BR>students
from airport is a very important part. In the past years,<BR>most of us have
benefited from previous volunteers, and now it's the<BR>right time to repay the
benefit to our incoming students.<BR><BR>If you are willing to become a great
volunteer and give your hands to<BR>these new friends, please send email to

now<BR>because some students will come before August. Please include
the<BR>following information:<BR><BR>1. Your name, department and contact
information;<BR><BR>2. Your preferred time to pick up new students, i.e.
"Morning,<BR>Afternoon or Night", and "July, August or September" (FYI:
most<BR>students will arrive in the end of August and please inform
the<BR>detailed dates when you are available on August);<BR><BR>3. Whether you
have a car (For those who pick up new student with<BR>their own cars, CSSA will
cover their gas fee and toll with $15);<BR><BR>4. Whether you can drive or rent
a Zipcar.<BR><BR>Your kindness will be greatly
