Vice President of Real Estate Strategy and Development for Walt Disney

Estate's 2006 Commencement exercises on September 30. Walt Disney Imagineering
develops attractions, resorts, and real estate for Walt Disney Parks and

Center's "Visioneer" award during our 20th anniversary celebration in
2004. </SPAN>Mr. Kelly has been responsible for the <SPAN
