I think that's a great idea. I'd love to mentor a couple of UROPs working on this.<br>We can also apply for funding to build this up, and add software to do image processing.<br>Does anyone have any specific funding opportunity ideas for this?<br>

<div class="Ih2E3d">Maybe we should get some UROPs to help make the system more robust and try different strategies such as storage in the cellphone until cellphone gets signal, split upload in parts in case connection is unreliably stable, GPS info, etc... <br>

Talked with my colleague friom Vanderbilt and looks like the week of August 17th is a go! So your 3 colleagues could plan on leaving US on Friday August 15, arriving in Lusaka on Saturday August 16 and staying for a week. Looks like we can buy plane tickets for them all. Some assistance with room and board from your side would be helpful but if need be we could probably squeeze it into the very limited budget. So, tell them to plan for it and not to change the date.<br>
