We are gratified to see some positive trends in the aggregated data over the past three years and note the progressive increase in satisfaction regarding overall experiences and different aspects of communication. The broader trends are important, but we recognize
that individual experiences vary and that we all need to continue to work to build strong two-way mentoring relationships. The data-driven evaluation provided by this survey continues to inform our departmental efforts and activities.</div>
