<b>new award</b></span><span style="color: rgb(31, 31, 31);"> recognizing outstanding mentorship of undergraduate researchers by trainees and staff within the Biology Department. We seek to honor mentors who transform students' scientific thinking, confidence,
and career trajectories through exceptional guidance and support.</span></div>
