<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:#212121">Effective this fall, the Computer Science and Molecular Biology (6-7) curriculum has been updated to better support the increasing importance of machine learning in this area. The updated curriculum
features new requirements, such as Introduction to Machine Learning (6.3900), as well as new options for advanced subjects, including some that were developed and revised for the Biology (7) and AI+D (6-4) curricula. The new 6-7 curriculum will replace the
previous curriculum for students entering MIT in the Fall of 2024. Students who entered MIT prior to Fall 2024 may continue in the previous curriculum or switch to the new one using their EECSIS checklists. The updated degree requirements are listed
