 communicate more effectively, and build resilience in the face of obstacles will also contribute to our professional success and, more importantly, our overall well-being. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<i>how</i> practicing mindfulness can help you develop </span><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#222222;background:white">empathy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Over time, cultivating these practices can empower us to set a personal
 path for a </span><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">rewarding life and career. We will introduce several mindfulness concepts, lead a short group meditation, and ask participants to engage in a journaling exercise and paired listening
 activity. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

 Inside Yourself</span></a><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#222222;background:white">” (SIY) program, which takes an evidence-based approach combining attention-training and emotional intelligence skills rooted in neuroscience. It is designed
 to develop social and emotional intelligence skills for individuals and teams, aiming to improve engagement and well-being at school and at work. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
