April 12th </b>from <b>6-7PM </b>in <b>Room 2-105</b> to hear from <b>Dr. Christophe Chantre</b> - Co-founder and CEO of Tender Food (formerly Boston Meats) - on "Creating Alternative Meat for a Sustainable Future".Dr. Chantre previously worked as a program
lead (post-doc) at the Wyss Institute to develop and validate functionality of regenerative heart valve bioprosthetics in preclinical studies. In addition, he supported various efforts to commercialize technologies developed at the Parker Lab, for various
industries, ranging from sustainable foods, textiles and regenerative medicine. He received a PhD in Integrative Human Physiology from Harvard University with a focus in biomaterials for regenerative medicine applications.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
