Description:<br>
Research assistance in immunology studying immune responses to viruses, including SARS-CoV-2. Other areas of study include lymphocyte development, antibody maturation, host-microbe interactions, and development of new biotechnologies in vaccinology. The applicant
ideally has experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, and bioinformatics and can work independently. Under general supervision of Principal Investigator, and in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, the applicant will work with
other lab members to conduct a variety of experiments for ongoing research projects in human immunology as well as mechanistic immunology using mouse models. There will be opportunities to develop critical thinking skills to develop scientific projects relevant
to immunology. Work usually results in authorship in publications and professional network development. Minimum time commitment is two years.
