<p class="MsoNormal">We are looking for currently enrolled undergraduate, upper-division students at MIT to work with the Interphase EDGE/x program this summer. The role of Interphase EDGE/x Residential Facilitator (RFA) is an 9-week position during the summer,
during which one week is for training and eight are for teaching. The RFAs will foster a sense of community and belonging, introduce students to key concepts, problem solving, and study skills to help them prepare for academics at MIT, introduce students to
MIT offices/resources and aid in their understanding of services at MIT, build a strong support network with students before the beginning of their first year, and support students’ exploration of the surrounding Boston area to make MIT feel like home.<o:p></o:p></p>

faculty relationships as well as a network of support, develop scholars’ academic, leadership, interpersonal, and professional skills, leading weekly recitations, holding office hours, being available to schedule one-on-one in-person or Zoom meetings upon
request, reviewing class material, assisting with non-academic workshops throughout the summer.<o:p></o:p></p>
