provide course-based support to ~2 mentees, receive weekly mentorship training, and build community within the department. Typical time commitment is 4 hours/week.</span></div>

for all mentee meetings, prep time, weekly community meetings, and trainings. But more importantly, mentors will work alongside professors as partners in the academic mission of MIT. Mentors last spring said: </span></div>

think it's probably one of the most rewarding jobs on campus, but that I guess that's also a very personal thing.”</span></p>
