<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">A full-time research assistant is needed to contribute to state-of-the-art research projects related</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">to stem cell models of cardiac development and congenital heart disease. Basic molecular</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">biology skills (e.g. PCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA purification, etc.) and experience working with</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">pluripotent stem cells are preferred but not required. Job duties include cell culture, maintaining</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">human induced pluripotent stem cell lines, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, DNA purification,</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">PCR, RNA expression analysis, immunostaining, and manuscript editing/preparation. Some</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">administrative duties such as supply ordering, tracking, stocking, and lab management tasks will</font></div>
<div style="margin:0px"><font face="Arial">be required. Applicant must have excellent communication and organizational skills and great</font></div>
