Rubius is seeking a self-motivated and technically competent Research Associate to join the Platform Development team. The candidate will focus on the development and testing of novel gene delivery systems to optimize the production of Red Cell Therapeutics.
He/she will work directly with a team of scientists to advance the Rubius Erythrocyte Design platform to deliver cell therapy pipelines in multiple disease areas. The candidate will plan and execute in vitro experiments, establish standard protocols, and work
