<div>The Biology Undergraduate Committee is soliciting nominations from faculty for students to speak at the Biology Undergraduate Research Symposium on <b>Thursday, February 2nd from 12-5pm.</b> The Symposium is a means to honor top students for outstanding
research effort. The committee will select students to submit an abstract and present a talk on their research.</div>

<div>If you would like to speak at the Symposium, please contact your faculty supervisor and mentor, especially if you are working in a nonBiology faculty member's lab. Any course 7 or 6/7 student who is doing a UROP, participating in a project lab, or taking
7.18 is eligible to be nominated. Letters from your faculty supervisor and mentor are due to the Education Office (<a href="mailto:jdchang@mit.edu">jdchang@mit.edu</a>) by<b> Thursday, November 17th.</b></div>
