<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: rgb(83, 83, 83);" class="">Accelerate is the second of three phases of the year-long MIT $100K Entrepreneurship Competition. It focuses on turning business ideas into reality by developing prototypes and testing market
opportunities. Eight finalist teams will pitch their ideas to a live panel of judges, each competing for a $10,000 grand prize. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: rgb(83, 83, 83);" class="">The event will feature a keynote address from Donna Levin, the Co-Founder of <a href="http://care.com/" class="">Care.com</a>. As Co-Founder Donna Levin grew the company's operations and lead
it through several rounds of fundraising to IPO. The event will also be MC-ed by Jeff Bussgang who is a Former entrepreneur turned VC, and HBS Senior Lecturer. </span></p>
