<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">If so, we are inviting you to participate in the opportunity to evaluate a survey that assesses students' understanding of experimental design. This survey is currently being evaluated by the STAR
(Software Tools for Academics and Researchers) team within MIT's Biology Department and the Office of Digital Learning for use in future studies. If relevant, we would like to use this assessment tool to explore how students think about experimental design
when designing experiments in StarGenetics, a genetics experiment simulator, and StarCellBio, a cell biology experiment simulator, both of which were developed and are used at MIT and around the world. </span></div>

<div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">We are inviting you to take the 20-minute survey between the hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm on either Wednesday, September 17th or Thursday, September 18th. You will be able to take the survey in a location
on MIT campus, with the details regarding the exact location to be provided later. Participants will receive a <b>$15 Amazon gift card</b> as a thank you for participating in the survey evaluation.</span></div>
