Lake is professor of law and director of the Center for Higher Education Law and Policy at Stetson University College of Law. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He teaches and writes in the areas of torts, higher education law and policy and has won several awards for his teaching and scholarship. Professor Lake received a major national award from the Alpha Chi Omega women's fraternity when he received the Vision Award at their convention in 2003.
