<blockquote type="cite" cite><font face="Arial">Our neuromuscular
laboratory at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center has a
clinical/basic research position available. The laboratory is focused
on the development of new technologies for the noninvasive,
quantitative assessment of muscle and nerve disorders. The lab pursues
research in both human subjects and animals. The research assistant's
work will include participating in data acquisition on patients and
animals, data analysis, and assisting with manuscript and grant
application preparation. We are seeking an individual who has some
programming experience (including Matlab), familiarity with
electronics, statistics and related analytical skills, and who would
enjoy working with patients or animals (or both). The individual also
should be a strong team player who is also happy to work
independently. Ideally, the person would be available to begin in this
position full time as of January or February of 2012 with a commitment
