FAST Class: Designing a Festival to Celebrate Art, Science &
Technology at MIT<br>

FAST Talk: First class on 8 September is an overview of the Festival.
Open to all.<br>

MIT celebrates its 150th Anniversary during spring term 2011, and one
of the central events of the 150th is the FAST Arts Festival
(http://mit150.mit.edu/arts-festival). FAST Class will explore MIT's
uniquely creative culture of art, science, and technology by studying
the work of key faculty-from music to installations, neuroscience to
origami, media theater to the unclassifiable.<br>
<br>
Through this project-based course, students can get involved with the
development and production of FAST (Festival of Art, Science and
Technology) and will have the opportunity for their work to be
included in the Festival.<br>

Come shape the future of Art, Science, and Technology at MIT!<br>
