Progress (FAP) invites your responses to the following

scientific and / or technical solutions? How can MIT help the

The best responses will be published in our annual journal,</font> <a
href="http://web.mit.edu/cis/pdf/FAP%20Booklet.pdf"><font

Speaks</i></font></a><font face="Arial">, and submitted to the new
administration. The authors of those responses will also have
the opportunity to present their ideas at FAP's Inaugural Forum on
Science, Technology, and Public Policy before high-level policy makers
and renowned MIT faculty.</font><br>

Friday, February 6th. There is no word limit or set format; we
do ask, however, that you articulate clear, concrete, feasible policy
