color="#F72300"><b>graduate students</b></font> are invited to
apply for up to <b>$2,000</b> in funding to support projects
investigating the development of for-profit businesses in low-income
countries during the 2008-2009 IAP session. Grants are distributed
through a competitive selection process that takes into account the
viability and impact of each project proposal. Seed grant
applications must be submitted online by 1pm EST on November
21.</font></blockquote>
